I started off walking for 20 minutes a day around the neighborhood then increased to 30 minutes. Then I started going to the gym, where I do mainly cardio. I get on the treadmill and the Elliptical for a total of 30 minutes combined and then just increased it from there. Donβt get me wrong, I donβt kill myself in the gym, at the most Iβll do 90 minutes total. I lift light weights (20-30 pounds) 3 reps of 10 just to keep my skin toned in the process. I also use Albolene cream ( in the beauty isle at Walmart 9.97), Saran Wrap, and a work out waist band (Walmart $5-$10) when I work out it makes u sweat like crazy!
Now that I have a lost 120 pounds my physical routine has changed. I do cardio less often and more heavy lifting, 60-90 pounds. Iβm at the point in my journey where I am wanting to gain muscle. Who knows maybe Iβll be a Body Builder π€·π½ββοΈ lol... it could happen!
