7 Day Challenge πŸ’ͺ🏽

I started my journey with this challenge I saw on a Facebok post. I even saved it as a screen saver on my phone so I couldn't forget! Before I started, I'm like " I'm gonna die! No one can do this!". Well I completed it for 7 days and I was still alive! I decided to go for it for another week and guess what, I still lived! Lol I kept this challenge going until it become a lifestyle. Two months later I was down 40 pounds. I still had a few cheats (quite a few) in between, but my good outweighed my bad. I had to miss many Taco Tuesday's  and hours I could have been sleeping in on my off day, I was at the gym.  It's all about finding that balance, putting in the work, and consistency!

  • No Bread
  • No Soda
  • No Pasta/Rice
  • No Fast Food
  • Chicken or Fish
  • No Junk Food
  • Green Veggies/Fruits
  • 30 Minute Walk/Workout
  • 6-8 bottles/100-128 ounces of water
  • 30 Minute Walk/Exercise
