Chicken No Noodle Soup πŸ‘™πŸ΅

 The chicken No Noodle soup was recipe I came up with when I wasn't feeling to good and I wanted something that put me in the mind of chicken and dumplings. Well the result was much better! I just combined a bunch of random ingredients I had in my refrigerator and veggies I didn't want to go bad. the batch ended up being huge, and I'm not one to waste food, so i ate it everyday until it was gone. it took me about 7 days. I hadn't gone to the gym all that week because i was still a little under the weather. Well by the time i got back on the scale by day 8 i had lost 10 pounds!! I shared the recipe on Facebook and the results started pouring in, everyone was losing weight with minimal to no workout.


Ingredients:

1. Bone in Chicken thighs

2. 1 bundle of Collards Greens

3. 1/2 Cabbage 

4. Carrots

5. Bell pepper

6. Broccoli

7. Green beans

8. Onion

9. Kale

10. Mustard Greens

11. Low sodium Chicken Broth, lemon pepper, pepper, Cayenne Pepper


Directions:

1. Season chicken thighs and Boil on medium high until tender (30-35 minutes) in 2 cups broth, 4 cups water, bell pepper, and onion

2. Added Collard Greens and cover for 5 minutes (until the sweat enough to add more veggies to the pot) 

3. Add Cabbage, carrots, broccoli (add more water as needed) 

4. Cover and cook on medium high for 15 minutes, then on low and let simmer for another 15 minutes ( stir occasionally) 

5. Season to Taste (GO EASY ON THE SALT!!)


*If you don't like a veggie, don't use it! Feel free to make it your own *

Apple Cider Vinegar is something like a super hero. It aides in weight loss, diabetes, blood pressure,  skin, hair, nails, and a whole host of natural home remedies. According to studies,  adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your diet can help you lose weight. It can also reduce your body fat percentage, make you lose belly fat 

  1. 2-3 Caps of Braggs's Apple Cidar Vinegar w. The Mother
  2. Green Tea
  3. Honey to taste 
  4. Dash of Cayenne Pepper

I Love a good Salad! They are so versatile! I could eat a different salad everyday and each one would be different! Salads are one of those meals where u can load it up, eat is all, and have no guilt trips later. Now don't go wasting a Good Clean Healthy Salad by loading  down with Ranch and Croutons! Dressings you would want to opt for are Italian, Balsamic, or Vinaigrette( which all come in different flavors) to name a few. Add sunflowers seeds or coleslaw lettuce for a crunch.

Egg Muffins

My Fav Go To Breakfast πŸ˜‹

*Grab and Go Egg, Spinach, bacon and Cheese Muffins

1. Cooked Bacon (turkey, sausage, whatever meat)

2. Spinach (also try with, mushroom, onion, and  bell pepper)

3. Beat Eggs

4. Add meat and Veggis to a Greased Muffin Pan first, then Pour eggs on top

5. Sprinkle a little cheese on top

6. Put in Oven on 375 for 13-15 minutes

Blackened Salmon

Season Salmon with pepper, lemon pepper, and garlic pepper and preheat oven to 385

 1. Melt unsalted butter in oven safe skillet 

 2. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side (put to the side when done) 

 3. Add more butter to skillet and cook mushrooms and onions together until mushrooms and onions are soft  

4. Add frozen or fresh spinach to skillet and cook with mushrooms and onions until soft 

 5. add 1/4 cup of chicken broth and mix in shredded cheese, Parmesan, and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

 6.  Place salmon on top of mixed veggies and place in oven for 15 mins
