What advice do you have for me?

Consistency!

  •  I follow a lot of transformation and weight loss pages on IG. They offer a lot of motivation, tips, and Recipes


  • Baby Steps!! Even making a few changes at a time, it becomes a habit, and you’ll be doing them all at once like clockwork! It is all a Mind Thing and 100% Consistency!! U cannot Stop! You can get side tracked, but u Can Not Stop! Lol 


  • Take a lot of pics! Most days I look in the mirror and don't see the changes or get on the Scale and don't see the number move, but comparing a old pic to a new one U'll be amazed at the difference! And measure yourself, which is something I wish I would have done, to track the inches U lose. Keep an old outfit or dress that u wore at ur highest and try it on ever so often for motivation!

And Lasssst but not least (this list gets longer and longer) ... 


  • Be your Own Motivation to get up and get out! Gym Buddies are nice but don't depend on them. I've had so many gym partners throughout this journey and most have stopped. Either they’ve met their goal, they didn't have time, or just wasn't ready to fully commit! You have do it for Yourself, even if It's By Yourself!! πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’¦ 

You can do it. Whether you do it naturally or have surgery, a lifestyle change will have to be made. It will be a mental battle, giving up some of your favorite foods. Itβ€˜s gonna be hard going to the gym when you’re soar, tired, and rally don’t have the time, but you have to push yourself! You Only get results from the work you put in πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’¦
