• First I cut out drinking soda and juice all together. I only Drink water, at least a ½ gallon to a gallon a day. I personally don’t like water, so I’ll put lemon, cucumber, and mint in it.
• I stopped eating fast food, fried food, bread, rice, and pasta. Instead of rice or pasta, I substitute for another vegetable. I cut back on pork and beef ( I still eat some) and I eat mainly chicken, turkey, and fish. I also eat a lot of dark green veggies.
I cook in Olive oil and coconut oil.

The key is consistency!... and meal Prep.. I try to cook enough meat for 2 days to go with whatever veggies I decide to eat... and packing enough snacks for the days so I'm not goin to the vending machine buying bullshit...I didn’t start seeing results for like 2-3 weeks but I felt better instantly. And after about 3 weeks your body gets used to eating right and you won’t even miss the bad stuff.. like now my tastes has changed so much , a banana and an apple is almost too sweet to me since I stopped drinking juice. I also read labels of food, and stay away from things that are high in carbs and sugar… and don’t get me wrong I had plenty of cheat meals and cheat days, but I made sure to not stop going to the gym and getting back on track with my eating as soon as possible!... but last but not least WATER WATER WATER!.. ur pee should be Clear…. I‘m confident you can do it! You’ll be amazed at how good you will feel in a matter of days! Your energy will be through the roof and looking good is just the Plus! Lol
